Know your numbers. Not just your symptoms.
Real lab panels you can order yourself — no appointment, no insurance, no four-figure bill. A licensed provider reads every result and sends back a plan you can act on.

Find Your Panel
Three simple starting points. Pick the one that sounds like you — every panel includes the draw, the provider review and the plan.
EveryoneYou just want to know where you stand
No doctor's appointment, no insurance runaround, no four-figure bill. The same routine labs a physical would order — cholesterol, blood sugar, kidneys, liver, thyroid, blood count — for the price of a weekly grocery run.
Everyday Basic
$5959 biomarkers
- Full cholesterol and blood sugar
- Kidney, liver and thyroid check
- Complete blood count
For womenEnergy, iron, thyroid and hormones
Tiredness, cycle changes, stubborn weight and brain fog usually trace back to iron, thyroid, vitamin D or hormone shifts — and standard bloodwork often skips all four. These panels test them together, so you get an answer instead of a shrug.
Women's Core
$14967 biomarkers
- Iron, ferritin and vitamin D
- Thyroid with TSH and free T4
- hsCRP inflammation
Women's Comprehensive
$32984 biomarkers
- Full hormone profile with estradiol
- ApoB and Lp(a) heart risk
- Insulin, A1c and thyroid antibodies
For menHeart risk, testosterone and metabolic drift
Men lose ground quietly: rising ApoB, creeping insulin resistance and falling testosterone show up in numbers years before they show up in how you feel. These panels catch the drift while it is still reversible.
Men's Core
$14965 biomarkers
- Total testosterone
- Vitamin D and hsCRP
- Cholesterol, glucose and thyroid
Men's Comprehensive
$32984 biomarkers
- Free and total testosterone with PSA
- ApoB and Lp(a) heart risk
- Insulin, A1c and thyroid antibodies
How It Works
Book your lab test
Order online, no appointment needed. Get your blood drawn at any of 2,000+ Quest Diagnostics locations, or request a mobile draw at home.
Get your results explained
Results are read against functional optimal ranges — not just the standard reference band — so early drift is visible before it becomes a diagnosis.
Follow your wellness plan
A personalised plan across nutrition, movement, supplements and stress, built around what the panel actually found.
Track your progress
Retest when it matters, compare against your baseline, and adjust the plan as the numbers move.
Typical timing: intake and booking on day 0, blood draw within five days, results in about seven to ten days, wellness plan by week two, and a follow-up check-in at three to six months.

Why Here
Plantopedia exists to explain what food actually does in the body. A lab panel is the other half of that sentence — it turns "eat more fibre" into a number you can watch move. Once you know which markers are drifting, our health goal guides, nutrition calculators and ingredient articles give you the food side of the plan, free and without a login.
The testing itself runs on Fullscript Journeys: you order directly, Quest handles the draw, and a licensed provider reviews the results and builds the wellness plan. Plantopedia never sees your results.
Common Questions
What makes this different from a regular checkup?
A regular checkup tests a narrow set of baseline markers and flags problems once they have already developed. These panels test a broader set of biomarkers and read them against functional ranges, so early imbalances are visible before they become a diagnosis.
Which panel should I choose?
Everyday Basic ($59) covers the routine labs a primary care visit would order. The Core panels ($149) add iron status, vitamin D, inflammation and a first hormone marker. The Comprehensive panels ($329) add ApoB, Lp(a), insulin, uric acid, full thyroid with antibodies and a complete hormone profile — the right choice if you want the full picture in one draw.
Where do I go for my blood draw?
After you order, you receive an email with instructions and a link to schedule at a nearby Quest Diagnostics location. An at-home collection can be requested for an additional fee.
When will I get my results?
You will be emailed once results are ready — typically within 7 to 10 days of your blood draw, with your wellness plan following in about week two.
Is this HSA and FSA eligible?
Everything is covered in one transparent price with no hidden fees. Many HSA and FSA accounts can be used, but check with your plan administrator for eligibility.
What happens once I finish my plan?
Each plan comes with built-in next steps — retesting key markers, an updated recommendation, or a follow-up review — so you can see how far you have come and what to work on next.
Does Plantopedia see my results?
No. Ordering, lab work, results and clinical review all happen inside Fullscript Journeys under their privacy terms. Plantopedia is the educational layer — we help you understand what the markers mean and which foods move them.
Don't wait for symptoms. Test for answers.
Pick the panel that fits, order in a few minutes, and get your numbers with a plan attached — no appointment required.
